Finding Freedom for Yourself and Your Loved One

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Tired of food fights? Feeling drained and overwhelmed? Not sure how to support your loved one?

We offer a safe and supportive two-part workshop for family members or loved ones. If you have a child, partner, friend or loved one suffering from an eating disorder, then this workshop is for you.

The workshops are presented by a multi-disciplinary team with many years’ of experience in working with eating disorders

CONTENT OF THE WORKSHOP

Part 1:

The first workshop aims to educate and empower you in understanding the emotional intricacies of the illness, exploring family dynamics and learning about finding freedom from food rules.

Part 2:

The second workshop aims to offer practical tools and skills to manage specific situations. We create a space for more in-depth questions and answers. It is tailored to the needs of the families in the room.
